Another of the largest urban parks, Prospect Park is a beautiful park with woods, waters, and fields. It allows barbecuing in the fields, very popular on Memorial Day and Labour Day. There's a dog beach on one of its lovely water fronts, a historic house, many wooded paths, and it's right across from the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens.
