Little Lad's Basket was started by members of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church for the purpose of exposing people to the Seventh-Day Adventist ideal diet--a diet free from animal products (with the exception of honey), and free from baking powder, baking soda, vinegar, and harmful spices.
"We have tried to prepare your meal in a way that you will enjoy the taste. We not only hope you enjoy your meal, but we hope you will think more about what you eat all the time. Expect and ask for better products wherever you find yourself, because businesses really only sell what people will buy. We would be happy to find ourselves out of business because every place is selling better and healthier products!"
